Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - Value & Access Insights and AnalyticsZS's Value & Access group delivers deep expertise in US market access, driving contracting, access, and affordability strategy through advanced analytics and market research to build tailored market access solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. From strategy to execution, we help unlock patient access, optimize performance, and drive market impact. What You'll Do Leverage problem solving skills, analytic techniques, and frameworks to develop solutions to our clients' business problems. Design and conduct custom analyses in Excel and other relevant software. Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues. Design custom analyses in software such as R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs. Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations. Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects. Actively support management of project plans, creating project deliverables and ensuring they are delivered on time. Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS's capabilities; Mentor and support development of Associates on your projects adn teams. What You'll Bring Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as business, economics, marketing, data science, statistics engineering, and life sciences. 3-5 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience. A PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience. High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative. Strong oral and written communication skills. Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence. Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset. Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks. Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.
