Candidates must have experience in adult and pediatric catheterizations, including cardiac stent placement and percutaneous coronary interventions. Skills in ECMO, temporary pacemaker placement, and neuro interventional radiology are essential. Travelers are expected to float within a facility and across the system as requested. Mandatory call is required, including 1-2 weeknight late calls and 1-2 Saturday shifts per month. All assigned education must be completed within the first week of assignment. Personnel may also face mandatory cancellations up to one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty. Candidates will need to provide a current reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, or manager. Background checks will be performed, and no felony hits are allowed. Travel experience is preferred, as is familiarity with EPIC charting systems.
