Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Job Summary for Cath Lab RN (OSU): - Provide nursing care in the Cath Lab, handling diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures. - Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm; on-call one night per week and every 4th weekend (call details based on skill set). - Care for patients with diagnoses such as AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, heart arrhythmias, PAD, PVD, and those requiring EP devices. - Perform and assist in Cath Lab (diagnostic, PCI), EP Lab (device changeout/upgrades, ICD, Pacer), Vascular Angiogram, and simple IR procedures. - Operate specialized equipment including Impella, IABP, temporary pacers, Shockwave, DFR, IVUS, and FFR. - Document care and procedures using EPIC (EMR system). - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Required qualifications: Minimum 3 years Cath Lab RN experience, current State RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications; CCI RCIS certification preferred.
