Job Description: Responsibilities: Operate Sealer, UBC, Dampening, Primer, Base, and Clear painting processes; run trials and adjust parameters. Evaluate quality drawings and ensure standards are met. Perform online and offline robot programming. Use simulation software to create robot programs, conduct reach studies, and analyze cycle times. Evaluate quality using elco-meters, wave-scan, and X-Rite devices. Create handover documents and snapshots of robot processes for NAMC's. Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office and written reports. Requirement/Must Have: bility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Creative problem-solving and analytical skills. Flexibility to work on multiple aspects of a project simultaneously. Initiative to recommend process improvements, cost reductions, or new projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications / Bonus Skills: Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications. PLC programming experience (Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron, etc.). Experience with digital engineering tools such as Catia, Delmia, SolidWorks, or Inventor. dditional related certifications. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
