Executive & Product Team Support The North Face | VF Corporation The Executive & Product Team Support plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness, connectivity, and execution of the Global Product leadership team at The North Face. Supporting multiple VP-level leaders in a highly matrixed, global organization, this role goes beyond traditional administrative support to function as a trusted operational and coordination partner. Operating across AMER, EMEA, and APAC time zones, the Senior Executive Assistant ensures seamless executive support, drives alignment across cross-functional partners, and plays an active role in supporting key Go-To-Market (GTM) milestones and enterprise initiatives. This role requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, complex environment. How You Will Make a Difference Executive & Administrative Leadership Support Provide high-level executive support to multiple VP-level leaders within the Global Product organization Manage complex, high-volume calendars across global time zones, exercising independent judgment to prioritize meetings and resolve conflicts Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agenda preparation, pre-reads, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-through Own expense reporting and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries Coordinate logistics for leadership-led cross-functional and product-related travel, including hotel blocks and large group itineraries Global Product Operations & Organizational Support Support onboarding and offboarding activities across the global product organization, partnering closely with HR and Workplace teams Maintain and manage distribution lists and key organizational resources for the product organization Provide administrative and operational support to teams reporting into product leadership, including office access, supplies, and space coordination Own and manage key Product and Innovation spaces (e.g., GTM Room, Mock Store,), ensuring readiness and effective use Partner with Workplace and Facilities teams on seating plans, space optimization, and office moves Lead or support ad-hoc operational projects such as desk moves, floor plan updates, and workspace organization Global Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a liaison between Product leadership and cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Design, Development, Operations, Tech, and Workplace Proactively coordinate meetings across regions and functions, ensuring appropriate representation and momentum Draft and distribute team-wide communications, updates, and organizational announcements on behalf of product leadership Support effective information flow across global teams, accounting for time zones, cultural context, and stakeholder needs GTM & Strategic Milestone Support Provide administrative and operational support for all key Go-To-Market milestones, including ISR, FSR, CKO, and SKO Track critical topics, deliverables, and follow-up actions across Product leadership and cross-functional teams Support SLT-led initiatives, presentations, and leadership forums from a planning, coordination, and logistics standpoint Partner with Tech and Workplace teams to ensure seamless execution of milestone meetings, reviews, and working sessions Event Planning & Team Engagement Plan and execute team events, milestone celebrations, offsites, and leadership meetings Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue selection, catering, run-of-show, A/V, guest lists, security coordination, and post-event follow-up Collaborate with internal partners to deliver engaging, well-executed team experiences that support culture, connection, and engagement Broader Leadership Enablement Serve as a point of contact and operational partner for teams reporting into supported leaders Anticipate leadership and team needs, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency Provide guidance and coordination support to teams navigating processes, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies What You Bring 7+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex organization, preferably within a global or matrixed environment Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Financial Proficiency & Budget building/allocation and Invoice system experience Experience supporting large-scale meetings, milestones, or events; GTM or product lifecycle exposure strongly preferred Comfort working across time zones and cultures Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and expense management tools What Success Looks Like Product leaders are highly enabled, focused, and supported Cross-functional meetings and GTM milestones run smoothly and efficiently Information flows clearly and consistently across global teams Operational friction is reduced through proactive coordination and problem-solving The Global Product organization experiences a strong sense of connection, clarity, and executional excellence #LI-WM1 Hiring Range: $35.42 USD - $44.28 USD per hour Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
