We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Senior Oracle Developer - Oracle ERP Fusion CloudWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Developer to lead and support enterprise solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with solid functional understanding of SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will design, develop, enhance, and support integrations, reports, extensions, and automation solutions while partnering closely with business and functional teams.Technical Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain: BI Publisher (BIP) reports OTBI reports and dashboards SQL/PLSQL programs and data models Develop and manage FBDI/BICC extracts and inbound data loads. Work with ERP AI Agents and automation frameworks to enable intelligent workflows and proactive monitoring. Build and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations (REST/SOAP, file-based, event-driven). Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including ESS jobs, integrations, reports, and data processing pipelines. Support performance tuning, error recovery, and system optimization activities. Participate in release management, migration activities, and environment promotions. Functional Responsibilities Provide techno-functional support across: Supply Chain (SCM) Manufacturing (MFG) Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Costing) Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Partner with functional analysts and business users to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing cycles. Additionally, the Sr. IT Developer is expected to demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and lead complex technical initiatives. Experience mentoring junior developers and driving technical best practices. Comfortable working in fast-paced production and Hypercare environments. Required Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP development and support (Fusion preferred; EBS acceptable with Fusion exposure). Expertise in: BI Publisher (BIP) SQL and PL/SQL OTBI reporting FBDI, BICC, and ESS jobs VBCS, APEX, Groovy script or Redwood extensions ERP AI Agents and Intelligent Automation Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST/SOAP services and file-based integrations Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and security frameworks. Strong functional knowledge of SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance modules. Experience supporting enterprise production environments and Hypercare/post-go-live operations. Nice To Have Qualifications Experience with: OCI services (Object Storage, Streaming, ATP/ADW) SOA/XSLT transformations Experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, and post-production support. Exposure to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automated testing in ERP environments. Strong documentation skills (lean specs, design documents, runbooks).
