Responsibilities of the Lead Veterinarian Deliver High-Quality Medical Care: Diagnose, treat, and perform surgery on companion animals. Team Management: Oversee and support scheduling, staff development, and clinic flow. Client Communication: Educate pet owners and build trust through compassion and transparency. Mentorship & Development: Lead the team using internal LevelUp training programs and clinical guidance. Medical Oversight: Serve as Veterinarian of Record; ensure compliance with veterinary medical standards. Community Engagement: Strengthen relationships with local pet owners and organizations in the Jensen Beach area. Qualifications DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution or completion of ECFVG/PAVE. 5+ years of clinical experience preferred. Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Active or eligible Florida veterinary license in good standing.
