Document on repair order a complete description of the repairs performed including diagnostic test results, equipment readings and the cause of the problem.  Comments defining how or why parts failed are vital and must be noted. Time to complete the repair must be recorded. Additional duties include Keeping tools in maximum operating condition, organized and neat. Work environment must be neat with special interest towards safety. Skill Requirements The ability to understand variations in different operating systems. The ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly and in a timely manner. The ability to follow detailed instructions. Ability to get along with others in a shop environment. Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Physical Requirements Must pass pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening. Must be physically able to perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. /carrying, pulling, bending and squatting to repair heavy equipment.   Must have high energy level and the ability to work in fast paced environment. Training and Education Requirements Must possess a broad knowledge of truck parts and operations. Knowledge of computers. Must be able to attend seminars and training functions when offered.
