MIG Welder – $18–$24/hr | Full-Time | On-SiteLocation: Harmony, PASchedule: Monday - Friday (Saturday OT offered) Mon–Fri: 7:00am–3:00pm Sat: 5:00am–12:00pm (OT available, not required) Pay : $18-$24/hr, based on experiencePosition Overview:We’re hiring an experienced Welder for full-time work on carbon steel projects. This role involves flux core welding, MIG welding, blueprint reading, and heavy grinding/beveling. Hands-on, physical work, some projects can be dirty.Responsibilities: Flux core weld carbon steel MIG weld as needed Read & follow blueprints Grind, bevel, and prep materials Tear down old valves and support fabrication work Requirements: 3+ years flux core welding 3+ years MIG welding 3+ years blueprint reading Strong grinder experience Able to provide your own helmet & basic tools Steel-toe boots required Nice to Have: Structural steel fabrication experience Why Work Here: Weekly pay Benefits after probation (medical, dental, 401k w/ match) PTO after 6 months Steady day-shift schedule + optional OT Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harmony, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
