Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and execute treatment plans. • Help patients achieve their therapy goals with creativity and compassion. • Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation. • Be a trusted partner within the community you serve. Qualifications Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited COTA program. • Valid or pending state license (for new grads). • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus but not required!
