Job Description Physical Therapist; PT- in a BEAUTIFUL Skilled Nursing Facility in Fayetteville, NC;$5,000 Sign on Bonus Full Time, Part Time or PRN opportunities! Join our team at a beautiful Long Term Residential and Rehabilitation facility which is located minutes from the hospital and the medical office park. We provide a collaborative approach to rehabilitation including a team of healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and restorative nursing aides who work together to deliver comprehensive therapeutic interventions to our residents. #CTSInd About the Position: • Provide evidenced based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing Setting to both post-acute, and long-term care patients •• Schedule is flexible; department is open from 6am-8pm, 7 days/week • Collaborate and work in a team setting with other excellent clinicians and restorative nursing staff Requirements Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
