Product Manager - Engineering Systems

The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager whose collaborative nature and strong communication skills complement experience with identifying and driving organization-level outcomes through platform products. As a Product Manager, you will craft and shape the strategy for internal developer experience tied to our cloud transformation for the entire organization. You will also work with a team of Product Managers to align roadmaps and overall strategy to ensure a complete and cohesive solution for our Developer Experience. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep, data-driven customer empathy, collaborating with Design and Engineering, discovering opportunities through data analysis, and creating and communicating progress through clear leading indicators. As a Product Manager in Engineering Systems, you will oversee key aspects of the internal and external developer experience, including: Transforming our internal developer experience, leveraging the power of AI to change how developers get information, design systems, and develop code. Re-thinking and transforming how teams release and experiment with their latest ideas & innovations via advanced feature management capabilities and experimentation techniques Serving as the tip-of-the-spear for cloud transformation to create faster, automated, and turnkey pathways for internal teams to increase their efficiency and automate away toil About Product Management within Engineering Systems: Our Engineering Systems Product Management team focuses on three key principles - delivering tangible value to customers iteratively and frequently, having a bias to action, and leading collaboratively. Job Description and Requirements Role Responsibilities Craft and shape the product strategyand portfoliopertaining toacompany-widecloud transformation. Clearly communicateyourproduct visionroadmaptointernal/external stakeholders, seniorleaders,and customers with varying levels of technical acumen. Lead with a data-driven approachwith the voice of the customer,utilizingbothqualitative and quantitative data fromuser,customer,market,competitiveinsightand data to articulate clear,long-term product vision,identifynew strategic opportunities,and gain organizational buy-in. Manage effectively viaObjectives and Key Results alongsidemeasurableleading indicatorsof product health and project success; drive tactics based on insights from portfolio metrics and reporting. Discover and understand internal engineeringcustomerneedstoidentifyapproaches to superpower their productivity in critical build, test, deployment, and release workflows. Leadcollaborativelyand evangelize best practicesrelated to feature management,experimentation,releases,clouddevelopment,and testing practiceswhile building consensus and influence. Own the operationof their portfolio.Createandreviseroadmaps based on real-time signals.Facilitateandworkwith teams to scope and prioritize issues andtickets anddeliver great outcomes to customers. Ability to find and reduce organizational bottlenecks by working with engineering teams to automate manual processes. A team player with proven ability tovalidatesolutions and deliver features frominceptionto delivery Strong tactical execution with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Championing, creating, and delivering value via incentive-based adoption strategies for features and platform capabilities You focus on the details, but focus your strategy on the big picture objectives Excellentcommunication and presentation skills Minimum qualifications 3+ years of experience in product management Solid understanding of software developmentlifecycleand agilepractices Experience and resultswithdelivering value to internal customers Demonstrated practical experience and application of AI tools for PM practices Familiarity and comfort with data,includingabilityto use data to analyze andmonitorproduct health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $115,000 and $173,000 The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
