Regional Operations Manager LHH Ohio, United States (On-site) What You'll Do Lead operational performance across multiple facilities with a strong focus on safety and workplace culture. Promote handson leadership and ensure site leaders remain actively engaged on the production floor. Drive achievement of short- and longterm operational KPIs. Build and reinforce Lean methodology and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Manage operational P&L and drive sustainable growth across the region. Coach and develop plantlevel leadership and operational teams. Partner with Sales, HR, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other key functions to meet business objectives. Align production capabilities with sales forecasts and future business needs. Oversee resource planning, including equipment, staffing, and materials. Implement cost-saving measures through process optimization and team development. Support contingency planning for equipment, staffing, and operational continuity. Represent operations in customer meetings, solution discussions, and strategic initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field. 5-10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations or plant management. Demonstrated experience building Lean culture and applying Lean tools. Strong communication, decisionmaking, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop leaders. Understanding of manufacturing or warehousing environments (industrial or metal industry experience is a plus but not required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ability to lead change and deliver measurable operational results in a multi-site environment.
