About the job Physical Therapist, Home Health, Admissions - Williamsport, PA Home Health Admissions Physical Therapist Williamsport, PA Region Strong Per-Visit Compensation | $20K Bonus Opportunity If you're already working in home health and prefer admissions-focused PT work, this role is structured around independent field autonomy with defined territory. This is not an entry-level home health role. Prior Home Health experience is required. Territory Serving Clinton and Lycoming Counties This is local to the Williamsport region. Expect approximately 20% of your day driving between patient locations . This role works best for a PT who is comfortable managing a geographically defined rural/suburban mix. Schedule Structure Monday-Friday, 8a-5p 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks 2 holidays per year Predictable weekday structure with light rotational weekend coverage. Compensation Per-visit compensation: $64-$75 per visit $10,000 First-Year Success Bonus $10,000 Sign-On Bonus If you're used to PPV models, I'm happy to walk through realistic weekly earning scenarios before introduction. Clinical Focus This is an admissions-focused PT role. What You'll Do Independent evaluations Development of care plans Collaboration with interdisciplinary team Clear documentation deadlines Who This Role Fits Best This role is ideal for a PT who: Already has at least 1 year of Home Health experience Prefers independent field work over clinic volume Is comfortable with PPV compensation structure Manages documentation efficiently Wants predictable weekday schedule with limited weekend rotation Strong time management and comfort with EMR use in the field required. If you are currently in outpatient and considering transition into home health for the first time, this would not be the right fit. Interview Process HR Screen In-person with Hiring Manager Decision
