Schedule Notes: 100% onsite Job Description:Summary: We are looking for a dedicated professional responsible for test equipment setup, teardown, maintenance, data collection, and logistics. This role ensures that engineering service requests operate reliably and meet end-use requirements. Experience in working with diverse teams and managing interactions is essential. Key Qualifications: Self-motivated and accountable in a fast-paced, independent environment (15%) Creative and methodical problem-solving skills for technical issues (15%) Responsive to inquiries and adept at resolving issues (10%) Strong communication and collaboration skills (10%) Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and organizational skills (15%) Ability to multitask, manage time, and work independently (10%) Basic understanding of electronics and lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes and Signal Generators (10%) Proficient in MS Office, PDFs, and reading schematics and documentation (15%) Description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Setting up, tearing down, maintaining, and managing logistics for test boards and equipment Ensuring lab standards are safe, clean, and organized Deploying and troubleshooting test boards and automated tests Maintaining and calibrating test equipment inventory Configuring and installing electro-mechanical components using BOMs, drawings, and schematics Performing electro-mechanical repairs and troubleshooting wiring Documenting and communicating changes in assembly instructions Conducting self-inspections and following procedural checklists Identifying and documenting problems, raising them to supervisors Ensuring equipment calibration and adhering to ESD and housekeeping procedures Reading and following instructions, schematics, and diagrams accurately Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience (4 years) in a lab, data center, or field service environment Ability to read schematics and set up various cable types for testing Basic knowledge of Unix/Windows and Networking with Enterprise Switches and Routers Proficiency in soldering and reworking PCBA components Knowledge of test instrumentation hardware and software Experience with environmental chamber operation Capability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs of equipment For immediate consideration please click APPLY.
