You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.Visit us here to learn more about ?Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects (THE WORK: You'll lead, manage and support end-to-end development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals, SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for complex public-sector water infrastructure pursuits. You'll conduct detailed analysis of solicitation requirements and develop win themes, compliance matrices, annotated outlines, proposal schedules, and production plans. You'll have demonstrated experience preparing proposals for California public water agencies and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through the full pursuit lifecycle-from kick-off to final submittal and interview/orals preparation. You'll attend current client meetings, water-related network events as well as prospect meetings along with our senior managers. You'll facilitate and document kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, tag-ups, milestone reviews, and color team reviews (pink, red, gold) in alignment with the proposal requirements. You'll participate in and lead client account strategy sessions for key water clients in California and West. Attend current client meetings, networking events as well as prospect meetings along with our water leadership team. You'll perform closeout activities ensuring lessons learned and debriefing insights are documented and leveraged to make future proposals more compliant and compelling. You'll support and, when needed, lead interview/oral presentation development, coaching, and visual material preparation. You'll coordinate proposal resources, including project management, technical teams, proposal support, subconsultants, graphics/print teams, and corporate stakeholders (legal, HR, financial). You'll edit and review all work products to ensure completion, quality, and adherence to internal best practices and quality control standards. You'll ensure all changes from review meetings are incorporated. You'll compile and distribute meeting notes, action items, and review comments from all proposal meetings. You'll enter key proposal data and milestones into the CRM system and contribute to continuous improvement, best practices, templates, and lessons learned. You'll be a key member of our Growth Operations team and work collaboratively with California water leadership team and staff to drive the process to capture and win new business. You'll foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team environment; provide guidance and mentorship to proposal team members. Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.$100,000 - $160,000 a yearCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Minimum 5+ years of proposal development experience, including responsibility for preparing public-sector infrastructure proposals (Senior-level duties can scale up to 8-12+ years as applicable.)
