Job Title : ServiceNow Platform Architect Experience Required - 8+ Years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 8+ years of technical expertise in ServiceNow ecosystem • At least 2 implementation project experience one of which is for large customer. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform • At least 4+ years specialized in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation. • Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (server/client), Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. • Strong expertise in CMDB/CSDM, Instance Strategy, Security, and Integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub). • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to C-level stakeholders. • Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, CSM, and Creator Workflows, etc • Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow platform with other enterprise systems using various integration mechanisms • Experience with upgrades, simplification of customizations • Ability to work in a consulting & advisory role with clients • Ability to work as Expert guide • Experience with Agile & DevOps Roles & Responsibilities As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, • will be the trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on the architecture, maturity, and governance of the Now Platform. • will work closely with executive stakeholders, platform owners, and development teams to define technical strategies that align with business goals and industry best practices. • focused on long-term platform health, reducing technical debt, and driving adoption of new features (including AI and LLM capabilities) • Define the end-to-end technical strategy for ServiceNow, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, SecOps, Creator Workflows, etc). • Establish and enforce technical governance, including instance strategy, platform guardrails, naming conventions, and coding standards. • Proactively identify and remediate technical debt, ensuring adherence to out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize customization. • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as a digital transformation standard integrated with core enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Azure). • Translate business objectives into actionable, phased technical roadmaps. • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators. • Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow capabilities, focusing on GenAI, agentic automation, and Now Assist. • Create and maintain high-level design (HLD) documentation, architectural diagrams, and best-practice guides • Evangelize ServiceNow to various department within customer organization outside of IT Infrastructure. • Identify and adopt best practices to manage customizations. • Lead POC/pilot effort of new capabilities/product features Salary Range - $100000 to $140000 TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive Comprehensive Medical Coverage Medical and Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans Family Support Maternal and Parental Leaves Insurance Options Auto and Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection.
