Customer Service Representative – Phone Ninja / ServiceTitan Jedi (Full-Time) Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company – St. Louis, MO $18–$24 an hour + Bonus | Full-Time | In-Person Are you a phone-answering pro with a knack for making people smile — even when their toilet isn’t? Join the team at Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company, a family-owned business with over four generations of service in St. Louis. We’re growing fast and looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help us continue delivering 5-star service. If you love structured workdays, solving problems, and talking to customers who just want someone who gets it — we want to meet you. Bonus points if you already know ServiceTitan (our software of choice), but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude. Schedule: • Full-time: Monday–Friday • 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM • No weekends, no nights, and no surprises. Just a solid, reliable schedule.
