Job DescriptionJob Title: Molder Operator Location: Hutchinson, MN Compensation: $20.00 per hour Schedule: 2nd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Molder Operator workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Hutchinson, MN. In this role, you'll operate molding equipment to help produce high-quality plastic components in a clean, safety-focused environment. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Molder Operator: Operate compression molding machines safely and efficiently Trim and finish molded parts to meet quality standards Inspect products using measurement tools and visual checks Complete production and quality paperwork accurately Maintain supply levels and report machine or quality concerns Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or leads What You Need to Bring to the Molder Operator Role: Ability to stand for an 8-10 hour shift Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly Ability to use basic hand tools (grinders, drills, etc.) Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple machines Basic communication and teamwork skills Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but training is available Reliable transportation to the Hutchinson area Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
