Certified Peer Specialist - Mobile Crisis Outreach TeamBellingham, WA | Full-Time | 12 Hour Shifts Shift: Mon-Wed 10pm - 10am, Thurs 12pm - 2pm Who You'll Be Working With The Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) provides mobile, on-demand behavioral health crisis support to individuals of all ages throughout the community. Whether in homes, shelters, schools, or on the streets, MCOT engages clients experiencing mental health or substance use crises, helping them stabilize, navigate challenges, and access further care using trauma-informed, culturally responsive, recovery-based methods. What You'll Be Doing As a Peer Counselor, you will use your lived experience with behavioral health to connect with individuals in crisis, offering hope, encouragement, and tools for recovery. Your role is vital in helping clients feel heard, empowered, and supported.
