Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Corporate Controller to lead the financial operations across our three distinct business entities. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring rigorous compliance with GAAP, and streamlining financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who thrives in multi-entity environments and possesses the technical expertise to manage complex consolidations and external audits. salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy Multi-Entity Management: Oversee the accounting operations for three separate legal entities, ensuring accurate intercompany transactions and consolidations. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and precision. Process Improvement: Evaluate, implement, and monitor internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. Financial Reporting & Compliance GAAP Compliance: Ensure all financial statements and records are maintained in strict accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for each entity and the consolidated group. External Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the external CPA firm, managing year-end reviews, tax preparation support, and any necessary audits. Operational Excellence Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular variance analysis to executive leadership. Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor cash flow positions and projections across all entities to optimize liquidity. Tax & Regulatory: Ensure timely filing of all local, state, and federal tax requirements.
