Per Diem RN II/III/IV Operating Room (ASC)

Job Description Responsibilities RN II: Demonstrate a proficiency in delivering high quality age specific patient care. Develop effective working relationships with all members of the ASC and Clinic. Communicates information effectively, appropriately, and with courtesy regarding patient conditions to those who require the information including, physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients, families, and visitors. Perform safe and competent operative nursing care according to the organization's policy & procedures. Perform safe and competent operating room nursing care according to the organization's policy & procedures & AORN (Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses) standards and or ASPAN (American Society of Peri Anesthesia Nursing) standards. Will be responsible for precepting new employees and assuming the charge role when needed. Assists with education initiatives. Provides oversight of 1 service line.
