Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including common areas, restrooms, and entryways. - Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed, ensuring all areas are appropriately arranged and presentable. - Perform routine inspections of the property and promptly report maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel. - Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the efficient delivery of services and supplies. - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing any inquiries or concerns. - Ensure all tools and cleaning equipment are properly maintained and stored securely after use. - Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and deliveries as required.
