Shift Differential's Ranging from $1.00-$2.25Now Hiring: Guest Services Associate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full-time PositionSeeking Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday10:00am - 6:00pm (10:00am - 1:00pm - Life Enrichment on Rehab Unit) (1:00pm - 6:00pm - Front office functions, and transporting new patients) About the Role: As the Guest Services Associate you would split your role between Life Enrichment and the Front Desk. You would assist with group and one-on-one activities for rehab patients. Encourage patient participation in group activities in our Rehab unit and work with the Life Enrichment Director and facilitating those activities. You will play a vital role in providing front office coverage and making a first impression on guests as well as organizing and facilitating transportation services for new patients. You must hold a current CNA license. Key Responsibilities Front desk/office coverage Answering phones New patient check-ins Facility tours Coordination of patient transportation Provides backup to transportation coordinator to transport residents to and from medical appointments, new admissions, activities, and shopping errands using community-owned vehicle. Maintain current and up to date records of resident appointments. Works with other transport companies to ensure appropriate transportation is available Successfully meets all requirements of Transportation Driver position, including Driver Record report; meets and completes ongoing training and driver requirements. Completes routine periodic vehicle inspection check and informs Administrator of any maintenance problems or safety issues that need to be addressed. Is thoroughly familiar with fire, missing persons and other emergency procedures; follows company policy and procedures detailed in fire and disaster plans. All other duties that are assigned by the executive director.
