Process in-house, online, and delivery orders efficiently. Handle transactions, including payments, receipts, and refunds. Restock supplies and maintain store cleanliness and organization. Work independently and as part of a team with strong time-management skills. Stay knowledgeable about the menu and recommend favorites. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health procedures. Uphold brand standards and comply with local and state regulations.
