Senior Payroll Administrator Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite for training and then hybrid, 2 days from home.) Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm $80,000 - $100,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to support a high-volume, multi-state workforce of thousands of employees. This role requires deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now and full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll processing. What You'll Do Process full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll for thousands of employees Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Manage payroll tax filings and payments Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations prior to transmission Maintain accurate records for earnings, deductions, garnishments, and benefits Research and resolve payroll discrepancies Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy Generate payroll reporting for leadership What You Bring 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience Proven experience processing payroll for large employee populations Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) Advanced Excel skills In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and payroll tax CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) strongly preferred Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven If you are a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we would love to connect.
