React Native Lead

Job Description: The React Native Lead will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. This role requires deep expertise in React Native architecture, native mobile development, and cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices, and drive performance, security, and deployment excellence. Responsibilities: rchitect and implement React Native solutions with native bridges for iOS and Android platforms. Optimize rendering strategies using React Native Fiber architecture for performance and memory efficiency. Build and maintain native modules to expose platform-specific features to React Native applications. Ensure seamless communication between React Native and native SDKs for advanced features such as payments, deep linking, and offline support. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and deliver features. Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers. Profile and optimize application performance across platforms. Implement mobile security best practices and ensure compliance with app marketplace guidelines. Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments. Oversee release management processes for mobile application deployments. Qualification And Education: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React Native CLI. Deep understanding of React Native Fiber architecture and concurrent rendering. Hands-on experience with native iOS (Swift or Objective-C) and Android (Java or Kotlin) development. Expertise in state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand. Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and performance profiling tools. Experience with Jest, React Native Testing Library, and Appium for test automation. Exposure to Firebase, AWS Amplify, or Azure Mobile Apps.
