What You'll Do As a Part-Time Manager, you will: Lead shifts and help manage daily restaurant operations Support both front- and back-of-house teams Ensure guests receive exceptional service Maintain systems, standards, and cleanliness Coach and support team members in a positive, productive manner Help drive efficient, profit-minded operations Model and uphold the values and culture of Roosters Energize the team and maintain a strong, positive shift atmosphere You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and fun.
