Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Personal Lines Team. You'll work closely with agents and staff to support quoting, processing, and servicing personal lines accounts. This is a customer service-focused role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive mindset. ResponsibilitiesEnter client information into AMS360 accurately and efficiently Perform personal lines quoting and processing Assist agents with marketing and re-marketing efforts Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, fax, mail, and in person Process policy changes, binders, and replacement cost estimators Organize and track quoting processes and follow-ups Support administrative tasks and team operations as needed QualificationsPreferred: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license Required: 1+ years of experience in personal lines insurance Proficiency in AMS360 or similar insurance management systems is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service mindset and professional demeanor SkillsMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency Experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.) Resourceful and proactive problem-solving Strong time-management and prioritization skills Ability to multitask and manage stress in a fast-paced environment What We OfferSupportive and team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional development A chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year YOUR FUTURE as an Independent Insurance Agent Starts Here If you're looking for a career that offers flexibility, job stability, competitive compensation, and more, then you've come to the right place!
