Position Summary: We're looking for a driven and personable Payroll Sales Representative to grow our client base by promoting and selling UKG Ready Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team passionate about helping businesses simplify operations and elevate their employee experience. What You'll Do: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses Present UKG Ready software solutions tailored to client needs, including Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR modules Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outbound activity Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations (training provided) Collaborate with our onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client transitions Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends What We Provide: 4-6 weeks of hands-on training in UKG Ready (no license required) Base salary plus generous residual commission structure Access to a strong support team to help deliver results A fun, flexible, and growth-oriented work environment Opportunities for advancement and professional development Ready to Help Businesses Thrive?
