Job Summary: Our Ideal Candidate Would Be: Mechanical Superintendent with strong HVAC/Piping for industrial projects, manufacturing facilities . This job is for Aerospace companies that build out manufacturing facilities. Current project is a Semiconductor manufacturing facility for an Aerospace client. Really want them to have ProCore. Client for this role is looking for the candidates to be residing in the Central Florida (Orlando area/east of Orlando) area within daily commute to the Space Coast for Aerospace projects. Must be commutable to Melbourne, FL's home base. These candidates must be "Senior" with excellent experience. Key Requirements: Experienced Senior Mechanical Superintendent w/10 years min. experience as Sr. Mechanical Supt. on large Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial projects ($ 50 to $ 100 mil). Strong experience with HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping Systems with knowledge of equipment, materials and installations. Excellent ability to read/interpret drawings and specifications. Excellent skills to communicate, collaborate and schedule and coordinate subcontractor work. Computer proficient is required and Procore. Experience preferred. Experience in Clean Room and Semiconductor Projects preferred Duties of Position: Managing/coordinating and oversight of subcontractor HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping installations for a large Aerospace Manufacturing/Assembly Facility project. Responsibilities include daily oversight and QA/QC of subcontractor installations including scheduling/coordination, safety and installation integration w/other trades per plans/specs. QA/QC of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping) Installations. Preparation/review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation start-up & commissioning.
