You'll earn generous paid time off, and paid holidays, plus get the support to advance your career through tuition reimbursement Pay: $19.00 - $19.60/hour + up to $2,550/year in Attendance Bonuses Shifts Available: 1st Shift: Mon-Thurs | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM 3rd Shift: Sun-Wed | 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM 4-day workweeks = Full-time hours with long weekends What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll be part of the team that shapes and finishes high-quality metal castings used around the world. Operate equipment for molding, iron pouring, testing, and material handling Inspect and sort products, removing defects and documenting quality Use tow motors (we'll train you!) to move materials through production Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Wear all provided PPE and follow strict safety protocols What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Ability to read and follow written instructions in English Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and staying active throughout your shift Comfortable working in a foundry or industrial setting Team player with strong situational awareness and a safety-first mindset Ready to Work Hard & Build Something That Lasts?
