Assembler Hand Solderer

Assembler - Hand Solder Location: Moorpark, CA Pay: $18 - $23/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM A busy and growing electronics manufacturing company in Moorpark is looking for an experienced Hand Solder Assembler to join their production team. This role focuses on high-quality assembly and rework of printed circuit boards (PCBAs) using both SMT and thru-hole components. Key Responsibilities: Hand solder SMT and through-hole components on PCBs Perform rework and install fine-pitch components under a microscope Read and follow Bill of Materials (BOM) and Assembly Drawings Solder to both RoHS and Non-RoHS standards Perform solder touch-ups and ensure quality standards are met Follow ISO and ESD procedures Work with IPC-610 and IPC-7711 standards Use hot air rework stations and other tools as needed Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow traveler instructions Report any issues clearly in English Requirements: 2+ years of experience soldering PCBAs in a manufacturing environment Hands-on knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-7711 standards Ability to read and speak English fluently Comfortable working under magnification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 25 lbs and use both hands safely and effectively Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company contribution Paid time off & holidays Profit sharing and more Apply today to join a growing team in a fast-paced, supportive work environment!
