LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Payroll Administrator in the Dallas TX area. Responsibilities: Process end-to-end, multi-state payroll using Workday, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and ongoing employee support Maintain payroll and benefits records, audits, reconciliations, and reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations Serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questions from employees and internal partners Support payroll and benefits process improvements and system enhancements Qualifications: 3+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on multi-state payroll processing Workday payroll experience required Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, benefits administration, and compliance requirements High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset Payroll system configuration or implementation experience preferred Job Details: Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Dallas, TX 75211 If you meet the qualifications above and interested in this opportunity.
