Job Description: Plastic Surgeon Location: Right Outside of East Memphis, TN Role Serves as Medical Director of cosmetic surgery practice Performs patient consultation and post-op visits Performs cosmetic surgeries (no reconstructive surgeries) Performs all surgeries in-office under IV-sedation (no general anesthesia) Handles 100% patient self-pay cases (no insurance) Leads clinical staff and assists with managing office staff Assists with surgeon and practice marketing Provides feedback to improve operations of the clinic Requirements Board-certified Plastic Surgeon More than 5 years of experience Must be able to obtain hospital privileges Compensation Base Compensation: $210,000 Bonus Compensation: 10% of net revenues for surgical procedures performed by Physician on patients 2% of net revenues for services overseen by Physician as Medical Director Bonus structure based on monthly surgical performance Target Compensation: $400,000 Benefits Health Insurance with $300 per month contribution from employer Vacation: 3 weeks (15 days) per calendar year + public and company holidays CME: One (1) week of Continuing Medical Education per year + $2,000 for related expenses 401(k) with up to 4% employer contribution Medical Malpractice Liability Insurance coverage Equity Participation: Subject to implementation by the employer APPLY NOW!
