ABA Therapist in Fair Lawn

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of prior ABA experience. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities Implement ABA strategies and techniques during therapy sessions with clients. Monitor and document client progress, including data collection. Communicate with families, caregivers and other team members effectively. Qualifications Experience working in ABA with children with Autism (1 year or more) Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. Familiarity with ABA terms and techniques.
