Automation Engineer

Job Title: Automation Controls Engineer Location: Warsaw, IN Industry: Medical Device Job Description: Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for an Automation Controls Engineer to add to their growing team. Our client is seeking an individual with electrical, controls, and automation background to integrate & automate hardware into controls systems. This person will work to improve, streamline, and automate manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency. Responsibilities: Programming new automated components Process and document automation test plans, user requirements, and other drafting reports Install and repair electrical systems, calibrate equipment, and inspect designs for quality control Utilizing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs Working with robotics & HMI systems Requirements: Associates Degree/Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field Working experience in a highly regulated industry Demonstrated experience integrating hardware into automation systems Proficiency with PLC's, Allen Bradley/Ladder Logic, and HMI systems PLM software system experience Familiarity with WAGO controllers Solid documentation skills (Drafting user requirements, test protocols, and validation/qualification reports) Best-In-Class-Benefits We are in the people business; treating people right is our ONLY priority.
