CNA - Part Time Short Shifts Available

Looking for meaningful work? We’re hiring compassionate, dependable CNAs who enjoy short, consistent shifts and building genuine connections with older adults who want to remain safe and independent at home.If you love hands on care, value relationship based work, and want flexibility that fits your life, this role is for you.What You’ll Do Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engaging activities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility Help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and general tidying Run errands or provide transportation when needed (if applicable) Offer medication reminders  Communicate changes in a client’s condition to the office promptly What You’ll Need At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or family caregiving welcome) Active CNA, HHA or GNA certifications CPR & First Aid certification Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (if driving clients) Ability to assist with transfers and occasionally lift/pivot up to 50 lbs Clear background check, two professional references, and current TB/PPD or screening Why Join Griswold Home Care for Chevy Chase?
