Detailed Job Description: In depth understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture including data model design, application architecture, integrations, and security architecture. Proficiency in Now Assist GenAI and Agentic AI Orcpersonstration is required. Mandatory handson experience with ServiceNow TSM or ITSMCSM, TSOM or ITOM modules. Must have practical experience in ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub across using REST, SOAP, and Kafka. Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB CSDM.
