Customer Communication: Contact potential and existing customers through calls, texts, or emails to set up appointments or provide information about our products and services. Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with the sales team. Data Management: Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Utilize data mining tools to uncover new sales opportunities. Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with customers who have shown interest in our products and services. Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff to maximize sales opportunities. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly quotas and other key performance indicators set by management. Requirements: Previous experience in a BDC role, preferably in the automotive industry.Experience with CDK Eleads CRM software.Proficient in using data mining software to gather and analyze customer data.Strong understanding of customer service techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
