Overview: The Senior Finance Manager role will lead our Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions. This role is critical in driving efficiency in net working capital, optimizing cash flow projections, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of improving financial processes and performance. This is a full time, hybrid position working out of of Alpharetta, Ga office. Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a team of A/P analysts and collections specialists. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Operational Excellence Oversee end-to-end A/P and A/R processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce cycle times. Cash Flow & Working Capital Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and projections. Drive initiatives to optimize net working capital and improve liquidity. Performance Metrics Monitor and reduce DSO through effective collections strategies and customer engagement. Establish KPIs for A/P and A/R teams and report on performance regularly. Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within A/P and A/R. Collaborate with IT and finance leadership to implement technology solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Sales, Operations, and Treasury teams to align credit policies and payment terms. Serve as a key liaison for internal and external audits related to A/P and A/R. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of progressive experience in finance with a focus on A/P, A/R and cash Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools Previous management experience Must be able to travel domestic/international as needed. Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of cash flow management, working capital optimization, and DSO reduction strategies. Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving process improvements. D365 knowledge and experience is a plus.
