This is a direct hire position. Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Location: Lynwood, CA. Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shiftPay Range: $32 - $37 hourly Employment Type: Full-Time This is a great direct hire opportunity to work with a Pharmaceutical company. Must have experience with fillers or bottling systems. Skills required: Troubleshoot drivers such as AC and DC Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and steam systems Perform daily set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance of the Bottle Packaging Machinery Perform quality changeovers, set-ups, adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance of all bottle packaging machinery Assists with quality changeovers, set-ups, adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance Oversee and manage complete, review, and initiate accurate line set-up sheets Troubleshot circuit boards Assist in IQ/OQ/PQ for new machines/tooling Complete, review, and initiate accurate company-required maintenance documentation Help to maintain proper machine functionality to decrease waste and increase uptime PM's- Preventive Maintenance Tasks as needed RM's- perform reactive maintenance when needed Continuous review of machine safety feature functionality Benefits: 401k, Solid Health Benefits, Vacation, Sick time and Holiday Pay. #IPROPLUS
