What You'll Do: Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching Meet performance and sales targets Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions and assisting with questions or concerns Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement Conduct outbound and inbound calls to book first-time visits Attend high-energy off-site events to promote services and drive new leads Participate in fun in-studio challenges to foster team collaboration and support member retention What You'll Have: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (a requirement) A can-do attitude Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set Drive to succeed and close new sales to earn commissions and bonuses Reliable, private transportation What You'll Receive: Comprehensive paid training Paid company uniforms Complimentary stretches Who We Are:Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance while reducing stiffness and enhancing reaction time. Our certified Stretch Practitioners bring a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and movement science.
