This role supports our field teams by making sure everything is prepared before crews head out each morning. If you like early mornings, hands-on work, and taking ownership of organization and cleanliness, this role is a great fit. Key ResponsibilitiesShop, Vehicle & Equipment (Morning Prep Focus)Open and prepare the shop for the workday Keep the shop clean, organized, and properly stocked Clean and organize production vehicles (interior & exterior) Ensure vehicles are job-ready before crews leave Track vehicle mileage and schedule routine maintenance Communicate vehicle or equipment issues to management Receive, check in, and put away supply and equipment orders Inspect equipment to ensure it's clean, functional, and ready Office & Facility CleaningClean and restock office bathrooms Vacuum office and common areas Take out trash and maintain break/office cleanliness Maintain a professional, clean workspace for staff and visitors What We're Looking ForStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with cleaning and maintenance responsibilities Able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable following checklists and routines Valid driver's license (required) Dependable, punctual, and consistent Prior shop, warehouse, custodial, fleet, or restoration experience is a plus Why This Role Matters This position sets the tone for the entire day.
