Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and respectful environment. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement and update individualized care plans based on residents' needs. Maintain cleanliness and safety of residents' living areas and report any hazards or maintenance issues. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Respond promptly to residents' calls and requests, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Skills: The CNA will utilize their clinical skills daily to assist residents with personal care and monitor their health conditions, ensuring adherence to care plans and safety standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trusting relationships with residents and collaborating effectively with healthcare team members. Attention to detail is critical when documenting health information and observing changes in residents' conditions. Time management and organizational skills help the CNA prioritize tasks and respond promptly to residents' needs.
