Summer HVAC Assistant (Student)

POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in Heating and Air Conditioning Department - summer 2026 Bob Jones University or Bob Jones Academy students onlyPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Change HVAC filters Replace non-operating air conditioners Perform preventative maintenance on motors and blowers Climb extension ladders, enter tunnels, go into crawl spaces, go up on roofs Must (occasionally) lift/carry and/or push/pull up to 75 lbs. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University, Bob Jones Academy, or AHE Mechanically inclined Able to work with hand & electric tools Available to work up to 40 hours during the summer Must be at least 16 years old Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
