About the job Lead Civil Engineer - Bridge & Structures Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a bridge and structures team based in the Indianapolis office. Provide oversight and guidance to junior engineers and student interns. Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)/VP. Manage a wide array of structural projects, including modern bridge replacement and rehabilitation as well as historic bridge rehabilitations. Collaborate with skilled teams across various disciplines, including transportation and water resources. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana. 10+ years of experience designing bridge and structural infrastructure projects. 5+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams. Experience with public sector design projects, including those with state, county, and municipal clients.
