Marpai proactively targets at-risk members with meaningful clinical interventions to improve outcomes.ABOUT THE POSITION:The Account Executive reports to the President, MarpaiRx and is responsible for developing overall strategies to ensure client retention, growth, and satisfaction. The Account Executive will work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment working collaboratively with other departments and business partners requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative and flexible with regards to our customers and clients. In this role, the Account Executive is also expected to travel for client meetings as required.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Provide account management services and consulting to a book of business of Marpai clients.Maintain positive relationship with customers, brokers and business partners while ensuring satisfaction with Marpai services, monitor and maintain service level expectations, and perpetuate a best in class reputation.Develop and maintain annual Client Strategy PlansDeliver and present client utilization and other data reportingCommunicate essential information, updates, critical processes and integrations in an articulate and highly professional manner, both verbal and writtenObtain signatures for critical legal, compliance, contractual or other documents requiredKey point of contact for client and broker through implementation and renewalManage and maintain information within the CRM platformProactively engage client/broker in discussion involving new products and servicesRefresher training for client/broker on our client/member portalsProvide interpretation and recommendations related to reports that Marpai provides to customer on an ongoing basis.Attend open enrollment, health fair, on-site client/broker meetings as neededEffectively renew their book of business.Work with customer service teams to resolve VIP and other escalated service issues.Remain current on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expertTechnically savvy, proficient in all MS Office products preferably with advanced Excel skillsOther duties as requiredRemain current on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expertOther duties as requiredWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:Successfully manage and renew a book of business by delivering strategic, consultative account management and best-in-class client serviceHigh client satisfaction, strong renewal rates, on-time delivery of strategy plans and reporting, and effective management of client relationships.Retained and expanded revenue, successful renewals, increased product adoption, and minimized escalations.Strong cross-functional collaboration, accurate and timely CRM updates, proactive communication, and contribution to team best practices.WHAT DO YOU NEED:Minimum 5 years of account management experience with results in the TPA or benefits industryFour-year college degree preferred, or experience equivalent is preferredActive State Health agent license idealStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively and accurately execute dutiesExceptional customer service and relationship skills to ensure timely response, effective resolution and build consensusThorough understanding of stop loss contracts and renewal processDedicated follow up skills leading to timely and effective completion of duties and resolution of tasksSuperior organizational skills and attention to detail enabling efficient, effective and comprehensive solutions/resolutionFlexibility in work schedule to meet demands of clients and colleagues as well as meet deadlines consistentlyBroad knowledge and understanding of broker and consultant channels and competitive market leading to success in those related channels.Able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWORK REQUIREMENTS:Fast paced, dynamic work environment requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative and flexibleTravel expectations up to 25%WHY WORK AT MARPAI?We have great benefits:Generous PTOMedical and PrescriptionHealth and Wellness ProgramsEAPFSA / HSA / Dependent CareDentalVisionLife and DisabilitySTD/LTDVoluntary Benefits: Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital401k with Employer MatchLegalShieldIdentity Theft ProtectionMarpai is an equal opportunity workplace.
