Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is hiring an HVAC Mechanical BAS Sales Consultant!The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and will be ready to dedicate their energy to this position daily. The Building Automation System Sales Consultant (BASSC) will be responsible for growing our Building Automation System projects and service business. SSC will actively call on direct facility owners in commercial markets including but not limed to, healthcare, commercial properties, local government, industrial, and hospitality. A large concentration for this role will be to focus on developing long-term customer relationships while maximizing account penetration and customer retention.CompensationBase plus commission Essential Duties Prospecting for new customers and communicating business development activities to the managerConducting sales efforts through networking, cold calls, personal visits, emails, follow-ups, etcMaintaining a sales approach that conveys the value and impact that CES can provide to the customer's business and facilityDevelop positive relationships with key contacts within all commercial marketsDevelop and maintain sales reports to track progress and ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all levelsPerforms onsite surveys and creates proposals using our CRM platformCommunicates what was sold and new client information to administration and operations.Concentrate customer service sales efforts by understanding specific services neededDevelop new business by using a "Consultant" approachCoordinate interactions between clients and other CES departmentsIdentify and determine sales opportunities for CES' Service offeringsMaintain acceptable gross profit margins as required per managementIncreases customer base per sales plan goalsIncreases maintenance contract base per sales plan goalsAttend and participate in Trade shows that are frequented by our customersMaintains a safe work environment Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements Able to comfortably engage with others during networking eventsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)Outstanding organizational and time management skillsDemonstrate strong work ethics, along with a high level of customer serviceAbility to work with minimum supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent phone etiquetteProficiency using CRM platform on Web and Mobile Apps as requiredExhibit strong problem-solving capabilitiesDisplay high professional appearance and demeanor at all timesDemonstrate punctuality, as well as schedule flexibility when needing to work late due to business demandsKnowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, and Plumbing preferred but not requiredEducation and Experience Previous experience in commercial facilities, HVAC, or energy sustainability preferredWillingness to learn and grow within the department in advanced mechanical Service SalesHigh School diploma or GED requiredLicenses/Certifications A valid Florida Driver's License is requiredIncumbent must be insurable at all times by CES insurance carrierMust be able to pass regular drug testing and be open to background checksFor more information, please visit our website Further details will be provided during the interview process and the job description.
