Responsibilities: Oversee and manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, guaranteeing adherence to policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations. Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping tasks, as well as laundry duties across different shifts. Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely execution of projects and programs. Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software. Serve as a liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; effectively communicate directives. Utilize protective equipment properly; ensure safe handling of cleaning agents and compliance with safety protocols. Exhibit consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion. Represent HCSG positively through respectful interactions with supervisors, colleagues, client staff, residents, and guests. Perform other relevant duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisory roles preferred. Positive attitude with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies. Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and work on feet for extended periods. Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently. Ability to work around food and cleaning products. Familiarity with following oral and written instructions, and executing routine, repetitive tasks daily.
